Competitive sealed bids for the specified material or service shall be received by the Gila County Procurement Group, 1400 East Ash Street, Globe, Arizona 85501, until the time and date shown below. Bids received by the correct time and date shall be publicly recorded. Gila County takes no responsibility for informing recipients of changes to the original solicitation. document. Failure to submit amendments with the solicitation response may be grounds for deeming submittal non- responsive. Bids must be in the actual possession of the Gila County Procurement Group on or prior to the exact time and date indicated below. Late bids shall not be considered.
