19535 12/26/25 Notice of Finding of No Significant Impact (DRAFT) for Tri-City Regional Sanitary District Wastewater Collection & Treatment Project The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona (WIFA) has received a request for financial assistance from the Tri-City Regional Sanitary District for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund infrastructure project. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public and request comments. WIFA staff analysis concluded that the following project neither individually nor cumulatively has a significant effect on the human environment. Therefore, the following project qualifies for a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). Project Number: CW 014-2026 Project Name: Wastewater Collection & Treatment Project Project Location: Gila County, Arizona Project Description: Tri-City Sanitary District plans to construct a new Water Reclamation Facility (WRF), which includes a 0.25 MGD package Membrane Biological Reactor plant, lift station, equalization basin, chlorine contact basin and percolation basins. The project will also include the installation of approximately 1,500 linear feet of sewer collection system including but not limited to gravity mains, manholes and all related appurtenances for lines from TRSD Phase 1 main lift station to the WRF influent lift station. WIFA complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Alternative formats for the project documentation are available upon request.
