At that time, offers will be opened and publicly read aloud and recorded by the Town Clerk. Bidders are invited but not required to be present at the bid opening. Offers must be in the actual possession of the Town Clerk’s Office on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late offers shall not be considered and will be returned unopened. The Town of Payson (the Town) invites offers from qualified developers, contractors, businesses, and service providers for the design, development, construction, and operation of facilities on airport property. The Towns primary interest is the development of new aircraft hangars to accommodate the airports growing fleet of based aircraft and support aviation activity. A development agreement be awarded to the responsive bidder that meets all requirements outlined in this solicitation The services rendered are within the Town of Payson boundaries.
