Beeline Hwy Payson, AZ 85541 DATE AND LOCATION FOR SUBMIITAL OF BIDS: Sealed bids for the Town of Payson Janitorial Services will be received by Payson, at the office of the Town Clerk, 303 N. Beeline Highway, Payson, AZ 85541 until 3:00 P.M. (MST) on May 16, 2024. Any bid received after the time specified will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and read in the Town Council Chamber. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Janitorial Services RFB”. BID DOCUMENTS: The scope of work is available for examination at the office of the Town Clerk, 303 N. Beeline Highway, Payson, AZ 85541. MANDATORY FACLITIES WALK-THROUGH: Please contact Allen Rislund at (928) 472-5020 to schedule a walk- through of Town facilities. He is available between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during the week (except Wednesdays). The facility walk-through is a mandatory requirement for bidders. QUESTIONS: All questions must be submitted to the issuing office by 5:00 P.M. (MST) on May 2, 2024. All responses to questions will be provided to prospective bidders via addendum. Prospective bidders are responsible to contact the office of the Town Clerk to be placed on the bidders’ list in order to receive addenda.
