19645 1/27, 2/3/26 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Town of Payson is soliciting Proposals from qualified, licensed contractors for Water Service Line Materials Field Verification (RFP 2026-XXX001) to conduct a water service line inventory in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency’s 2021 Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR). Complete RFP documents, including scope of services, specifications, proposal requirements, and submission instructions, are available exclusively through the Town’s eProcurement Portal powered by OpenGov. All contractors interested in submitting a proposal for this project shall obtain the complete RFP package through the Town of Payson eProcurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/paysonaz Proposals must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov portal by the deadline specified in the RFP. Late proposals will not be accepted. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. For assistance with the portal, contact Town Hall at (928) 474-5242.
