19653 1/30/26 Public Notice PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-251.08, the Gila County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to discuss and obtain public comment regarding the adoption of the revised Gila County Public Fiduciary Fee Schedule in Gila County, Arizona, effective April 1, 2026. Immediately following the hearing, the Board of Supervisors may take action to adopt the Gila County Public Fiduciary Fee Schedule. All interested citizens are invited to attend the public hearing to discuss and obtain public comment regarding the adoption of the Gila County Public Fiduciary Fee Schedule. The public hearing will take place on March 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., or thereafter, at the Gila County Courthouse, Board of Supervisors' hearing room, 1400 East Ash Street, Globe, Arizona, and simultaneously broadcast to the Gila County Tommie Cline Marin Complex, 707 South Colcord Road, Payson, Arizona. A copy of the revised fee schedule shall be made available at the Gila County Public Fiduciary office located at 5515 S. Apache Avenue, Suite 800, Globe, Arizona. Dated this 26th day of January 2026.
