19704 4/17, 4/21, 4/24/26 Public Notice Forest Lakes Domestic Water Improvement District Invitation to Bid. The Forest Lakes Domestic Water Improvement District, Forest Lakes, Arizona, is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors interested in the following project: Bailey Drive Water Line Replacement Project: Installation of 3,737 linear feet of 8” PVC Water Main, 17 - 8” Valves, 6 Fire Hydrants, 3 – Air Relief Valves, 5 – double water meter service connections, 2 – single water meter service connection, approximately 30 various angle bend connections, and other miscellaneous parts associated with the project, utilizing piping materials and other parts furnished by the Water District. The main line replacements are on the northerly side of Bailey Drive from Sheep Springs Road to Wildcat Road. All work will be in accordance with project plans and specifications. Plans and specifications are available at the office of the Design Engineer, Painted Sky Engineering Survey, LLC, or at the office of the District, addresses shown below, for a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per set (mail orders $60.00). A mandatory pre-bid and walk through meeting will be held at 11:00AM, local time, on Wednesday, April 22 nd , 2026 at the office of the Forest Lake Domestic Water Improvement District, located at 4 Merzville Road, Forest Lakes, Arizona.
