19746 5/26/26 LEGAL NOTICE The Town of Payson Town Council will hold a public hearing at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 10th, 2026 on the applications listed below. CUP26-001 – An application submitted by Brennan Ray of Ray Law Firm, acting as agent for Rumsey Company c/o Dale Rumsey, property owner, requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a convenience market with gasoline sales on the property located at 400 N. Beeline Highway (APN 304-02-019E), which was previously acted upon by the Planning and Zoning Commission and is now under appeal. All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and comment on these proposed requests. Materials relating to the above-referenced hearing items are available at the Town of Payson website, www.paysonaz.gov or at the Community Development Department at 303 N.
