Case No. S0400CV202400352 SHERIFFS NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY ON EXECUTION UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF AN EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the deal of Superior Court of Gila County, State of Arizona, on the 24th day of April, 2026, as to me as Sheriff of the said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action; WHEREAS, on the 16 th day of September, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendants, above-named, as follows: The principal amount of $213,529.72 as of January 31, 2025, prejudgment interest in the amount of $25,206.65, attorneys fees of $2,475.00, miscellaneous fees and charges in the amount of $12,538.80, Foreclosure and title search costs of $1,742.43 through January 31, 2025 for a total of $255,492.60, are now at the date of this Writ due on such judgment, including interest, plus any Sheriffs fees. Interest will continue to accrue at the rate of 6.75% per annum on the attorneys fees and costs from the entry of the Judgment until paid in full. Together with a foreclosure of Plaintiffs lien against the Defendants on the following described property to wit: Lot 40, Stone Creek at Payson, according to the Plat of Record in the office of the County Recorder of Gila County, Arizona, recorded in Map Nos. 716 through 716C. NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I will, on the 17th day of June, 2026, at the hour of 10 Oclock A.M., at 1400 E. Ash St. , in the City of Globe, Gila County, Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, or and to the above described real property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash of certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing fees and costs.
