19755 6/16/26 LEGAL NOTICE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gila County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 07, 2026, beginning at 10:00 A.M. to hear citizens who may wish to comment on: REZONE CASE NUMBER REZONG2604-001 LAURA NORTHRUP AND GREGORY BROWN (OWNER AND APPLICANT): An application to change the zoning for Gila County Assessor’s Tax Parcel Number 205-07-020X, currently dual zoned Commercial Three District (C3) and Residential One District Density Eight (R1-D8), to designate the entire parcel as Residential One District Density Eight (R1-D8). The purpose of the rezoning is to allow residential home construction on this parcel. Assessor’s Parcel Number 205-07-020X is identified as parcel A2 of ROS 6094, Globe, Arizona, and is currently dual zoned Commercial Three District (C3) and Residential One District Density Eight (R1-D8). The public hearing will take place at the Gila County Courthouse, Board of Supervisors’ Hearing Room, 1400 E. Ash Street, Globe, Arizona. One or more of the Board members may participate in the meeting by telephone conference call or by interactive television (ITV). The meeting will be televised to the Gila County Complex, Board of Supervisors’ Conference Room, 707 S. Colcord Road, Payson, Arizona, and it will be live-streamed at
