195537 9/16, 9/23, 9/30/2025 NOTICE OF INTENT TO GRANT FRANCHISE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Pine Meadows Utilities, LLC filed an application with the Gila County Board of Supervisors to renew a franchise to deliver wastewater to residents and business establishments in unincorporated areas of Gila County, State of Arizona. (The service territory is in the unincorporated areas of Gila County. A map and legal description of the service area are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.) NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors intends to grant such franchise and to impose on Pine Meadows Utilities, LLC all restrictions and limitations, and grant such privileges as are now existing and pertinent to said franchise. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors shall hold a meeting on the 7th of October 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Gila County Courthouse, Board of Supervisors' Hearing Room, 1400 E. Ash Street, Globe, Arizona, at which time said matter will be taken up for consideration and the granting of said franchise will be finalized. All interested parties and the public are invited to attend at this location or by ITV (interactive television) at the Gila County Tommie Cline Martin Complex, Board of Supervisors' Conference Room, 707 S. Colcord Road, Payson, Arizona. The meeting rooms will be open to the public at 9:00 a.m. If on or before such date more than fifty percent of the qualified electors of the County petition the Board of Supervisors to deny such privilege, it shall do so, and any privilege granted against such petition. shall be void.
