19414 5/13/25 LEGAL NOTICE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gila County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 03, 2025, beginning at 10:00 A.M. to hear citizens who may wish to comment on: APPROVE BYLAWS OF THE GILA COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: A request to approve the Bylaws of the Gila County Planning and Zoning Commission. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NUMBER, CUPP2503-001 PINNACLE CONSULTING, INC. ON BEHALF OF SUN STATE TOWERS – VERIZON WIRELESS (APPLICANT) / MICHAEL RUNZO (OWNER): A request for a Conditional Use Permit upon Gila County Assessor’s tax parcel number 302-29-003M to allow for a 110-foot monopole wireless communication facility and 40-foot by 40-foot compound for associated ground equipment. The property is located at 265 W. Liberty Lane, Payson, Arizona (APN 302-29-003M), and is zoned Suburban Ranch District (SR). The public hearing will take place at the Gila County Courthouse, Board of Supervisors’ Hearing Room, 1400 E. Ash Street, Globe, Arizona. One or more of the Board members may participate in the meeting by telephone conference call or by interactive television (ITV). The meeting will be televised to the Gila County Complex, Board of Supervisors’ Conference Room, 707 S. Colcord Road, Payson, Arizona, and it will be live streamed at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkCHWVqrI5AmJKbvYbO-k2A/live . Citizens may submit comments related to this agenda item by no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, June 02, 2025, by emailing the Clerk of the Board at msheppard@gilacountyaz.gov or calling 928-402-8757.
