19320 1/14/25 LEGAL NOTICE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gila County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, beginning at 10:00 A.M. to hear citizens who may wish to comment on: REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 2023-08 VACATION RENTAL AND SHORT-TERM RENTAL USES AND ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 2025-01: A request to consider repealing and replacing Ordinance No. 2023-08 Vacation Rental and Short-Term Rental Uses and any other previously adopted related ordinances and adopting Ordinance No. 2025-01 Vacation Rentals and Short-Term Rentals, which has been updated from previously adopted Ordinance No. 2023-08. The public hearing will take place at the Gila County Courthouse, Board of Supervisors’ Hearing Room, 1400 E. Ash Street, Globe, Arizona. One or more of the Board members may participate in the meeting by telephone conference call or by interactive television (ITV). The meeting will be televised to the Gila County Complex, Board of Supervisors’ Conference Room, 707 S. Colcord Road, Payson, Arizona, and it will be live streamed at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkCHWVqrI5AmJKbvYbO-k2A/live . Citizens may submit comments related to this agenda item by no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, February 03, 2025, by emailing the Deputy Clerk of the Board at strimble@gilacountyaz.gov or calling 928-402-8757. Comments may also be input through YouTube during the public hearing portion of the meeting. Please include the meeting date, agenda item number, your name, and residence address in the email. All comments are public information and subject to release. Citizens can also attend this hearing in person in Globe or Payson to provide their comments.
