19390 4/11/25 PUBLIC NOTICE Opportunity to Comment on South Green Valley Parkway Project The Tonto National Forest, Payson Ranger District, is releasing a preliminary environmental assessment for the South Green Valley Parkway Project, which is located southwest of the Town of Payson, near State Highway 87. The proposed action for this project includes authorizing the Town of Payson to construct, operate, and maintain a new roadway and an associated water line and hydrant system for emergency fire suppression within a new 200-foot-wide right-of-way on National Forest Service land.
