The facility is a copper ore mining and processing facility located at 2911 N Forest Service Road 287, Miami, Arizona 85539 in Gila County. The mailing address for the facility is P.O. Box 100, Miami, Arizona 85539. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2.
