19282 11/19/24 TOWN OF STAR VALLEY INVITATION TO BID ADA PARK IMPROVEMENTS CDBG # 119-24 The Town of Star Valley (Grantee) has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) through the Arizona Department of Housing for the ADA Park Improvements project. O 07-04 (ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN REVIEW COMMISSION) AND ORDINANCE NO. O 07-16 (ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN REVIEW GUIDELINES) AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT ENTITLED “AMENDMENTS TO STAR VALLEY TOWN CODE, TITLE 2 (BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS), CHAPTER 4 (COMMUNITY BETTERMENT COMMITTEE”; REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF STAR VALLEY, ARIZOA AS FOLLOWS: Section I. General. That certain document known as “Amendments to Star Valley Town Code, Title 2 (Boards and Commissions), Chapter 4 (Community Betterment Committee)” at least three paper copies or one paper copy and one electronic copy of which are accessible on the town’s website and filed in the office of the town clerk, which document was made a public record by Resolution No. R 24-10 of the Town of Star Valley, is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this ordinance, pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-802. Ordinance No. O 24-02 Page 2 Section II. Repealing Any Conflicting Provisions.
