The public hearing will take place at the Gila County Courthouse, Board of Supervisors’ Hearing Room, 1400 E. Ash Street, Globe, Arizona. The proposed action for this project includes authorizing the Town of Payson to construct, operate, and maintain a new roadway and an associated water line and hydrant system for emergency fire suppression within a new 200-foot-wide right-of-way on National Forest Service land.
