19396 4/15/25 LEGAL NOTICE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gila County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, beginning at 10:00 A.M. to hear citizens who may wish to comment on: REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 2023-08 VACATION RENTAL AND SHORT-TERM RENTAL USES AND ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 2025-01: A request to consider repealing and replacing Ordinance No. 2023-08 Vacation Rental and Short-Term Rental Uses and any other previously adopted related ordinances and adopting Ordinance No. 2025-01 Vacation Rentals and Short-Term Rentals, which has been updated from previously adopted Ordinance No. 2023-08. The public hearing will take place at the Gila County Courthouse, Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 1400 E. Ash Street, Globe, Arizona. One or more of the Board members may participate in the meeting by telephone conference call or by interactive television (ITV). The meeting will be televised to the Gila County Complex, Board of Supervisors Conference Room, 707 S. Colcord Road, Payson, Arizona, and it will be live streamed at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkCHWVqrI5AmJKbvYbO-k2A/live . 19390 4/11/25 PUBLIC NOTICE Opportunity to Comment on South Green Valley Parkway Project The Tonto National Forest, Payson Ranger District, is releasing a preliminary environmental assessment for the South Green Valley Parkway Project, which is located southwest of the Town of Payson, near State Highway 87. The proposed action for this project includes authorizing the Town of Payson to construct, operate, and maintain a new roadway and an associated water line and hydrant system for emergency fire suppression within a new 200-foot-wide right-of-way on National Forest Service land. More information about this project, including maps and supporting documents can be found electronically at: https://www.fs.usda.gov/project/?project=58682 or at the Payson Ranger District office. Questions about this project should be directed to Matt Paciorek at (928) 474-7900 or comments- southwestern-tonto-payson@usda.gov. The proposed project is an activity implementing a land management plan and subject to the objection process described in 36 CFR 218 Subparts A and B.
