19478 7/1/25 NATIONAL FOREST STEWARDSHIP CONTRACT SOLICITATION The Tonto National Forest is soliciting competitive offers for the Keger Integrated Resource Timber Contract (IRTC). The Keger IRTC is located within portions of T12N, R9E, Sec.s 25, 26, and 36, T12N, R10E, Sec.s 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33, and T11N, R10E, Secs 22 and 23, SRBM, Gila County, Arizona. The Tonto National Forest will be accepting sealed bid offers (including required certifications and technical proposals) on or before August 4, 2025 by 2:00 PM local AZ time. Sealed bid offers and required documentation shall be submitted in person or by mail to: Payson Ranger District, 1009 E. Hwy 260, Payson AZ 85541. The Keger IRTC contains an estimated volume of 10,325 CCF of Non-Saw Ponderosa Pine (9 DBH Unit DBH Cap), 870 CCF of Miscellaneous Convertible Ponderosa Pine Product Other than Logs (POL 6 8.9 DBH), and 2,326 CCF of Biomass (Conifer 2 5.9 DBH, and Juniper and Oak 3 DRC+), marked or otherwise designated for cutting. This contract type includes mandatory and optional stewardship projects that all require a bid. See CT6.9# in sample contract for details. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals.
