Failure to submit amendments with the solicitation response may be grounds for deeming submittal non-responsive. Proposals submitted electronically must received through the Gila County Procurement Portal prior to the solicitation deadline. Hard copy proposals must be in the actual possession of the Gila County Procurement Group on or prior to the exact time and date indicated below. Late proposals shall not be considered. For proposals submitted electronically through the Gila County Procurement Portal, the official time shall be the time recorded by the Gila County Procurement Portal at the time of submission. For hard copy proposals, the official time shall be the time recorded by the clock located in the Gila County Procurement Office at the location identified below. Submission Methods Proposals may be submitted by either of the following methods: (1) Electronic Submission (Preferred Method). Offerors may submit proposals electronically through the Gila County Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/gilacountyaz . Offerors must complete the Vendor Questionnaire and upload all required documents and forms within the portal prior to the solicitation deadline. (2) Hard Copy. Offerors may submit a sealed proposals in accordance with the requirements contained in the solicitation. Offerors choosing this method must download the required forms from the Gila County Procurement Portal or request them from the Procurement Officer listed below, complete them, and submit package to the location listed below in a sealed envelope.
