19279 11/19, 11/26/24 Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) RFP No. Gila 11022024 ONLINE TUTORING SERVICES Gila County Community College District (“College”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Online Tutoring Services. One Service Agreement will be awarded to a firm. DUE IN: The deadline for receipt of sealed Proposals is: December 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM (Arizona Time). Proposal Packets must be electronically submitted by this deadline to the following location: EMAIL: mary.springer@gilaccc.org **ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS REQUIRED** Any packet received after the DUE IN and OPENS date and time listed above will be returned and not considered. QUESTIONS pertaining to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be communicated in writing and be received via email by December 12, 2024, at 1:00 PM (Arizona Time). Questions must be sent to the email address below and should include the specified Procurement Analyst’s name and RFP number. Question(s) should include a reference to the appropriate page and section number of the RFP.
