19599 11/21, 12/5/2025 VERDE GLEN DOMESTIC WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCREASE WATER RATES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-511.01 Notice is hereby given that the Verde Glen Domestic Water Improvement District intends to increase its water rates for customers within its service area. A public hearing on the proposed rate increase will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom meeting link can be found on the home page at verdeglendwid.com The proposed rate adjustments will apply to all customers within the Verde Glen service area. In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 9-511.01, all reports, data, and documentation supporting the proposed rate increase are available for public review on the District’s website at www.verdeglendwid.com Members of the public are encouraged to review the materials and attend the public hearing to provide comments or ask questions regarding the proposed changes.
