A Court hearing has been scheduled to consider the Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship and matters stated in the case on: January 29, 2026 @ 2:30 pm Superior Court of Gila County 714 S Beeline Hwy Payson, AZ 85541 3. You have a right to appear as a party in this processing. The failure of a parent to appear at the initial hearing, the pretrial conference, the status conference or the termination adjudication hearing may result in an adjudication terminating the parent-child relationship of that parent. RESPONSE TO PETITION. You are not required to respond to this Petition, but if you choose to respond, you may do so by filing a written response or by appearing in-person at the hearing.
