The hearing will take place in the Community Development Conference Room at 610 E. State Highway 260 in Payson, Arizona and will be simultaneously telecast to the Public Works Conference Room, located at 745 N. Rose Mofford Way, Globe, AZ. (OWNER AND APPLICANT): An appeal has been filed regarding the decision/interpretation by the Zoning Inspector, which denied a request to allow for multiple structures/items to remain on the property prior to the primary use (residence). The subject property is identified as Parcel A2 of Record of Survey No. 6009, located in Globe, Arizona (APN: 207-25-002P) and zoned Residential One District Density Ten (R1-D10). Citizens may attend the hearing at Globe or Payson to provide their comments.
