19738 5/15/26 LEGAL NOTICE The Town of Payson Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 3:00 P.M., Monday, June 1, 2026 on the following items. CUP26-002, An application filed by Tracy Estes, agent for Payson Medical Building, LLC c/o Sandra Jazayeri, owner, for a Conditional Use Permit to allow vehicle sales and rentals on the properties located at 707 S Beeline Hwy and 713 S Beeline Hwy, tax parcels 304-16-450 and 304-16-241A. All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and comment on these proposed requests. Materials relating to the above-referenced hearing items are available at the Town of Payson website, www.paysonaz.gov or at the Community Development Department at 303 N. Beeline Highway, Payson, Arizona 85541, a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing. This department welcomes written comments addressed to 303 N Beeline Hwy, Payson, AZ 85541.
