The hearing will take place in the Community Development Conference Room at 610 E. State Highway 260 in Payson, Arizona, and will be simultaneously telecast to the Public Works Conference Room, located at 745 N. Rose Mofford Way, Globe, AZ. One or more Board Members may participate in the meeting via Teams. VARIANCE VARG2609-001 - TRI-CITY FIRE DISTRICT (OWNER AND APPLICANT): An application has been submitted requesting a variance for a proposed new fire station facility to allow a 3-foot front setback where a 20-foot front setback is required and a 3-foot side setback where a 7-foot side setback is required. The subject property is identified as APN 208-08-011C, Lot 3 of ROS 6003, Globe, AZ, and is zoned Transitional Residential District (TR). Citizens may attend the hearing at Globe or Payson to provide their comments.
