19739 6/5, 6/9, 6/12, 6/16, 6/19/26 NOTICE OF CITIZEN PARTICIPATION MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Citizen Participation Meeting will be held regarding a proposed development project located at 19887 E. Highway 260, Payson, Arizona, APN 303-01-002 (unincorporated Gila County). The meeting will be held as an open house on Saturday, June 20, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m , at 19887 E. Highway 260, Payson, Arizona in the dining hall. Attendees are encouraged to arrive as close to the open house start time as possible.The purpose of the meeting is to present and discuss a proposed Outdoor Hospitality Resort and RV Park development known as "True North at Christopher Creek." The proposed project includes approximately 200-250 total accommodations consisting of RV sites, park-model cabins, glamping units, and tent camping areas, along with recreational amenities and related guest services. The request will require a rezoning of the subject property and a Minor Comprehensive Master Plan Amendment. The meeting is intended to provide surrounding property owners, residents, and interested parties with an opportunity to review the proposal and provide comments prior to formal public hearings.
