19586 10/28, 11/4/25 GILA COUNTY NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS NO. 10012025 GIBSON RANCH ROAD ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Notice is hereby given that Gila County is requesting bids from qualified contractors for pavement rehabilitation, including a double chip seal surfacing, of approximately 2.5 miles of Gibson Ranch Road (Forest Service Road 412). Competitive sealed bids for the specified material or service shall be received by the Gila County Procurement Group, 1400 East Ash Street, Globe, Arizona 85501, until the time and date shown below. Bids received by the correct time and date shall be publicly recorded. Gila County takes no responsibility for informing recipients of changes to the original solicitation document. Failure to submit amendments with the solicitation response may be grounds for deeming submittal non- responsive. Bids must be in the actual possession of the Gila County Procurement Group on or prior to the exact time and date indicated below. Late bids shall not be considered. The prevailing clock shall be the clock on the Gila County Procurement Officer's cellular phone. Bid packets may be obtained by contacting the Gila County procurement officer below or may be downloaded from the County's website at: https://www.gilacountyaz.gov/government/finance/procurement/current bids.php Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The IFB number and the bidder's name and address should be clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. Failure to clearly indicate IFB number, name and address on the outside of the bid package or envelope may be cause for the bid to be deemed invalid. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Questions must be addressed to the procurement officer listed below.
