The lawsuit seeks to acquire by condemnation the property interest identified as the “Property” and legally described in the accompanying Complaint for the Strawberry View 3 Deep Well Project in Pine-Strawberry, Arizona. The Property is identified generally as certain deed restrictions set forth in the Declaration of Restrictions, recorded on July 27, 1970, at Docket 287, Page 568, records of Gila County, Arizona, which might impair, limit or otherwise restrict the development, construction, operation or maintenance of a well site, including a water storage tank and related improvements, on the property described as Lot 26, Strawberry View, according to Map No. 421, records of Gila County, Arizona, by the Pine-Strawberry Water Improvement District, or its successors or assigns, appurtenant to or for the benefit of the properties described in the Plaintiff’s Complaint. If you do not want a judgment or order taken against you without your input, you must file an Answer or Response in writing with the court, and pay the filing fee. If you do not file an Answer or Response, the Plaintiff may be given the relief requested in its Complaint.
