19382 4/1/2025 LEGAL NOTICE GILA COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gila County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 17, 2025, beginning at 10:00 A.M. The hearing will take place in the Community Development Conference Room at 610 E. State Highway 260 in Payson, Arizona and will be simultaneously telecast to the Public Works Conference Room, located at 745 N. Rose Mofford Way, Globe, AZ. One or more Commission Members may participate in the meeting via Teams. GILA COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION SHALL ADOPT UPDATED BYLAWS AND RULES OF PROCEDURE: The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider and adopt modifications to the bylaws and rules of procedure for the Gila County Planning and Zoning Commission per Arizona State Statute 11-802. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NUMBER, CUPP2503-001 PINNACLE CONSULTING, INC. ON BEHALF OF SUN STATE TOWERS – VERIZON WIRELESS (APPLICANT) / MICHAEL RUNZO (OWNER): Request the Gila County Planning and Zoning Commission review and provide a recommendation to the Gila County Board of Supervisors for a Conditional Use Permit upon Gila County Assessor’s tax parcel number 302-29-003M to allow for a 110-foot monopole wireless communication facility and 40-foot by 40-foot compound for associated ground equipment. The property is located at 265 W. Liberty Lane, Payson, Arizona (APN 302-29-003M), and is zoned Suburban Ranch District (SR). Citizens may attend the hearing in person to provide their comments.
