19534 9/9, 9/16/25 GILA COUNTY NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. 08142025 PINAL CREEK WATERWAY CESSPOOL PROJECT - SOIL EVALUATIONS, DESIGNS, & INSTALLATION SERVICES Notice is hereby given that Gila County is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified designers, site and soil investigators, and contractors to provide soil evaluations, designs, and installation services for the Pinal Creek Waterway Cesspool Project. Sealed responses for the specified services shall be received by the Gila County Procurement Group, 1400 East Ash Street, Globe, Arizona 85501, until the time and date shown below. Responses received by the correct time and date shall be publicly recorded. Gila County takes no responsibility for informing recipients of changes to the original solicitation document. Failure to submit amendments with the solicitation response may be grounds for deeming submittal non-responsive. Responses must be in the actual possession of the Gila County Procurement Group on or prior to the exact time and date indicated below. Late responses shall not be considered. The prevailing clock shall be the clock on the Gila County Procurement Officer's cellular phone. Solicitation packets may be obtained by contacting the Gila County Procurement Officer below or may be downloaded from the County's website at: https://www.gilacountyaz.gov/government/finance/procurement/current bids.php Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The RFQ number and the Responder's name and address should be clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. Failure to clearly indicate RFQ number, name and address on the outside of the solicitation package or envelope may be cause for the response to be deemed invalid. All responses must be completed in ink or typewritten. Questions must be addressed to the procurement officer listed below.
