Horr and Mary F. Horr, both Deceased (i.e. "Grantors"). NOTICE IS GIVEN that: THE MARVIN R. AND MARY F. HORR LIVING TRUST, DATED: APRIL 18, 2005 (i.e. Marvin R. Horr died on May 4, 2013: Mary F.
