19644 1/20, 1/27/26 NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk for the Town of Payson, Town Hall, 303 N Beeline Hwy, Payson, AZ 85541, until 11:30 AM February 12, 2026, 2025. At that time, bi s will be opened and publicly read aloud and recorded by the City Clerk. Bidders are invited but not required to be present at the bid opening. Bids must be in the actual possession of the Town Clerk’s Office on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late bids shall not be considered and will be returned unopened. The prevailing clock shall be the Town Clerk’s clock. Bids must be submitted electronically through Payson’s eProcurement Portal at: Tow n of Payson Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/paysonaz . The Town of Payson is seeking a qualified contractor to provide services including, but not limited to construction of a new 400,000-gallon water storage tank to provide redundant storage at the Hillcrest Tank site with associated infrastructure connections. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and necessary items for the supply and construction of the water tank and associated connections and surroundings. The project is located within the Town of Payson boundaries. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING – to be held at the Town of Payson Council Chambers on Thursday the 29 th day of January, 2026 at 1:00 PM Arizona Time. A site walk will be conducted after the pre-bid meeting at 1:45 PM Arizona Time. All Bidders SHALL be registered on the Bid Plan Holders List, and attendance WILL be recorded. Further, information concerning the Hillcrest Water Storage Tank Addition, and the construction contract for the work may be obtained by contacting GHD inc. 3200 E Camelback Rd, STE 210, Phoenix Arizona, 85016. All bid must be accompanied by a bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount, as a guarantee on the part of the Bidder that it will, if called upon to do so, accept and enter into a contract based on the obligations and conditions set forth in the Bid Documents. The successful Bidder, prior to entering into the contract, shall file with the Town a Payment Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, and a certificate of Insurance. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening.
