19876 9/22/26 LEGAL NOTICE The Payson Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 6, 2026 on the application listed below. V26-002, An application filed by Jerome and Jaretta Mahaffey, property owners; requesting a variance from the applicable setback requirements to allow an existing carport conversion to habitable living space to remain on the property located at 915 W. Bridle Path Lane, APN 302-36-340A. All meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers at 303 North Beeline Highway. All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and comment on the proposed requests.
