19385 4/1, 4/4/25 GILA COUNTY NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS NO. 011425 GLOBE DETENTION CENTER DIRT REMOVAL AND FENCE CLEARING Notice is hereby given that Gila County is requesting bids from vendors for the removal of dirt, rocks, and debris from the perimeter fence surrounding the Globe Detention Center. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed competitive bids for the materials or services as specified will be received by Gila County Finance until the date and time cited. Bids received by the correct time and date will be publicly opened and recorded thereafter in the Finance Department Copper Conference room or other site which may be designated. Any bids received later than the date and time specified below will be returned unopened. Late bids shall not be considered. The prevailing clock shall be the clock on the Gila County Procurement Officer's cellular phone. SUBMITTAL DUE DATE: 2:00 p.m. Arizona Time, Thursday, April 17, 2025 Please submit the Contract Forms in duplicate with original signatures on both sets in a sealed envelope.
