19431 6/3/25 LEGAL NOTICE GILA COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gila County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 19, 2025, beginning at 9:00 A.M. The hearing will take place in the Community Development Conference Room at 610 E. State Highway 260 in Payson, Arizona and will be simultaneously telecast to the Public Works Conference Room, located at 745 N. Rose Mofford Way, Globe, AZ. One or more Board Members may participate in the meeting via Teams. VARIANCE VARP2503-001, DAVID LOFANO (OWNER AND APPLICANT): An application for a variance to allow for a 3-foot rod iron fence to be constructed on top of a 6-foot retaining wall for an overall height of 9 feet, where a 6-foot maximum height is allowed. The property is located at 4421 N. AZ Highway 87, Pine, Arizona (APN 301-69-193B) and is zoned Residential One District Density Thirty-Five (R1-D35). Citizens may attend the hearing at Globe or Payson to provide their comments.
