General Permits are a type of permit that applies to a class of sources. Consequently, revisions affect multiple sources throughout the State of Arizona. These permits contain requirements from the Federal Clean Air Act, Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 49-426, the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2 including applicable regulations from Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal Counties. The Air Quality General Permit for Soil Vapor Extraction Units is a renewal of the current permit that will expire upon the issuance of this renewal permit.
