19602 11/21/2025 LEGAL NOTICE The Town of Payson Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 3:00 P.M., Monday, December 1, 2025 on the application listed below: CUP25-002, An application filed by Ben Shakespear, agent for NTA Commercial Properties –Beeline Hwy, LLC, property owner, for a Conditional Use Permit for an Animal Education and Exhibit at the property located at 512 S Beeline Hwy, Ste 7, APN 304-03-026. All meetings are generally held in the Town Council Chambers at 303 North Beeline Highway, however they may be conducted via virtual means, through Zoom or by phone. All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and comment on the proposed requests.
