19611 12/2/25 LEGAL NOTICE GILA COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gila County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025, beginning at 10:00 A.M. The hearing will take place in the Community Development Conference Room, located at 610 E. State Highway 260, Payson, Arizona, and will be simultaneously telecast to the Public Works Conference Room, located at 745 N. Rose Mofford Way, Globe, Arizona. One or more Commission Members may participate in the meeting via Microsoft Teams. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NUMBER, CUPP2510-001 SCOTT & KIM PORTER (OWNER AND APPLICANT): Request for the Planning and Zoning Commission to review and provide a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors for a Conditional Use Permit upon Gila County Assessors Tax Parcel Number 201-06-103C, to allow for multi structures/items that were placed in violation of the Gila County Zoning Ordinance to remain on the property without a primary use (residence). The property is located at 451 N. Santo Sandia Lane, Tonto Basin, Arizona (APN 201-06-103C), and is zoned General Unclassified District (GU). Citizens may attend the hearing at Globe or Payson to provide their comments. Written comments related to the item may be submitted by 5:00 PM on Friday, December 12, 2025, by emailing communitydevelopment@gilacountyaz.gov or by calling 928-474-7110 (press option 25).
