The hearing will take place in the Community Development Conference Room at 610 E. State Highway 260 in Payson, Arizona and will be simultaneously telecast to the Public Works Conference Room, located at 745 N. Rose Mofford Way, Globe, AZ. One or more Board Members may participate in the meeting via Teams. VARIANCE VARG2511-001 ROBERT AND DIANA TUNIS (OWNER AND APPLICANT): An application has been submitted requesting a variance to allow a retaining wall measuring 14 feet in height with an additional 4-foot barrier, resulting in a total height of 18 feet, where the maximum permitted height in the R1L zoning district is 6 feet. The subject property is located at 8088 E. Savage Drive, Globe, AZ (APN 102-38-066) and is zoned Residential One District Limited Density Ten (R1L-D10).
