19722 5/8, 5/15/26 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO ADOPT BUDGET, SET TAXES, RATES AND FEES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-910, notice is hereby given to the members of the Pine-Strawberry Water Improvement District (“District”) and to the general public that the Board of Directors of the District will hold a public hearing and special meeting to adopt a budget and set fees, rates, and taxes on May 28th, 2026, at 6306 W Hardscrabble Mesa Rd., Arizona. The financial statement and estimate of expenses are as follows: Projected cash balance as of June 30, 2026, $5,835,202; Less Outstanding Warrants - $600,000; Fiscal Year End Account Balance $5,235,202; Tentative Budget for Upcoming Fiscal Year - $8,353,256; Tax Levy Required - $1,210,176.
